Cancellation Policy

Lab Services Made Easy – Mobile Laboratory Services

We understand that sometimes plans change. To respect our clients’ time and maintain efficient scheduling, Lab Services Made Easy has implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and avoid unnecessary travel.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to notify us (no-shows) will result in being charged the full service fee.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
• Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy

• A no-show is defined as:
  
  • The client is not at the appointment location.
  • The client is more than 15 minutes late without notice.
  • The client is unprepared (e.g., no lab order or ID when required).
• No-shows are charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Group or Corporate Bookings

               • Group cancellations (3 or more clients) require 48 hours’ notice.

               • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% group fee

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a medical emergency or an unforeseen situation, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion.
